Marcy graduated from McMurry in 2012 with departmental honors and a BA in Theatre and a minor in Business. While at McMurry, she was a Residential Assistant from 2009-2012, Vice President and Mission chair of Religious Life Council, Attorney General of McMurry Student Government, and Social Chair in Gamma Sigma.
Since graduating from McMurry, Marcy has been as active member and volunteer of various United Methodist churches; served as Chair of the Board for Now She Rises, a ministry organization; and she also volunteered as a CASA Advocate from 2016-2019.
From 2017-2019, Marcy worked as an Event Planner at The Gage Hotel in Marathon, Tx. In 2021, she worked at Central UMC in Dalhart, Tx. as the Children’s Director.
