The McMurry Online Bookstore, powered by TextbookX, operates completely online and can be visited at mcm.textbookx.com. Students visit the website to order online and have their textbooks shipped to their home, while digital course material is accessed via email.

Created in partnership with Akademos by VitalSource, Inc. and powered by TextbookX, the online bookstore simplifies the textbook process for students while providing them with various physical and digital textbook formats.

Some of your course materials may be provided through Inclusive Access (IA). This program automatically gives you discounted access to digital materials on or before the first day of class. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Cost Savings: IA courses often provide a significantly cheaper digital option than printed materials.
  • Automatic Access: Once registered, you’ll receive access through your LMS, school portal, or emailed instructions—no separate purchase required.
  • eLibrary: You can access your digital purchases through the bookstore’s eLibrary anytime.
  • Option to Opt Out: You may opt out of IA materials through your LMS account before the deadline.
  • Billing: Charges appear as part of your course fee or on your student account, unless you opt out.
