Biography

Rev. Tom [Last Name] was born in Lubbock, Texas, in 1966. He attended elementary school in Lubbock before moving to Aspermont in 1979, where he graduated from Aspermont High School in 1985. He earned an Associate of Arts degree from Western Texas College in Snyder. He later completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from the University of Texas Permian Basin.

Following his undergraduate studies, Tom worked at the First National Bank of Aspermont before answering the call to ministry. He completed both the Course of Study and Advanced Course of Study, and was ordained an elder in the United Methodist Church in 2011. Over his 24 years of ministry in the Northwest Texas Conference, Tom has served in multiple leadership roles, most recently contributing to the unification process of the Horizon Texas Conference.

Tom and his wife, Amy, reside in San Angelo, Texas, and are the proud parents of two daughters, Hannah and Mia.
