Your Bill

Students must complete one of the following to be financially settled:

  • Have financial aid covering the balance
  • Pay 25% of the balance
  • Enroll in a payment plan

Payment Plans

Fall 2026 plans open: June 1, 2026

5-month, 4-month, and 3-month plans are available for a limited time each term. After the final enrollment deadline, payment plans are no longer available for the semester.

Enrollment fee: $65 per term

Tuition and fees vary by program, enrollment status, and course type. Students should review their Nelnet account for the most current balance.

Undergraduate Tuition

Undergraduate tuition is assessed using a block tuition model for full-time students enrolled in 12–18 credit hours. Students taking fewer than 12 credit hours are billed at the applicable per-credit-hour rate. Any enrollment exceeding 18 credit hours will also be charged at the per-credit-hour rate for those additional hours.

Payment Options

Students and families may pay their balance in full or enroll in a Nelnet term-based payment plan.

Payment plans are term-based and require a $65 one-time enrollment fee per term.

Important: After the final enrollment deadline, payment plans are no longer available for the term. Balances cannot be added to a future term’s payment plan. Any remaining balance must be paid separately in addition to the existing payment plan.

Students must complete financial settlement by the published deadline for each term.

Financial settlement means your balance is covered by financial aid, you have paid 25% of the balance, or you have enrolled in a payment plan.

Yes. Students and families may enroll in a term-based payment plan through Nelnet. A $65 enrollment fee applies per term.

Your balance may change when charges or aid adjustments are added, including bookstore charges, course fees, housing changes, meal plans, withdrawals, or financial aid updates.

Unpaid balances may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge and may result in a student accounts registration hold.

Important Billing Policies

Holds may be applied beginning October 9th for the Fall term (approximately six weeks after the start of the term) and February 26, 2026, for the Spring term.

Why Your Balance May Change

Your student account balance may change throughout the term as new charges and adjustments are added. Receiving a refund does not always mean your account is finalized.

  • Bookstore charges may post later, especially for students using the voucher program—estimated books: $350.
  • Course fees may apply to specific classes.
  • Changes to housing or meal plan may update your balance.
  • Financial aid adjustments may occur after enrollment changes.
  • Drops or withdrawals can affect both aid and the total amount due.
  • Department charges (ID replacement, fines, equipment, etc.) may be added.
