Hunt Residence Hall (All-Male)
Hunt Hall is a two-story, all-male residence hall featuring suite-style bathrooms. Most rooms are double occupancy, with a limited number of three-person rooms available.
Amenities include a spacious community kitchen, laundry facilities, and a computer/study room on the first floor. Residents also enjoy a large community lounge with a ping-pong table, billiards tables, and a big-screen TV with a DVD player.

Martin Residence Hall (All-Female)
Martin Hall is a two-story, all-female residence hall featuring suite-style bathrooms. All rooms are double occupancy, providing a comfortable and community-oriented living environment.
Amenities include a spacious community kitchen, laundry facilities, and a computer/study room on the first floor. The hall also features a large lobby area with a ping-pong table, billiards tables, and a big-screen TV with a DVD player, perfect for relaxation and socializing.

Gold Star Residence Hall (Co-ed)
Gold Star Hall is a four-story, co-ed residence hall featuring suite-style bathrooms. Rooms are available in single or double occupancy, with a limited number of triple rooms. Each room has lofted beds, desks, dressers, and nightstands (one per resident).
Residents enjoy access to two study lounges, a spacious community kitchen, and a welcoming lobby equipped with a big-screen TV, a DVD player, and a ping-pong table.

Aerie Heights Apartments (Co-ed)
Our 98-bed apartment complex offers spacious 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom units, designed for comfort and convenience. Each apartment includes:

A fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, and microwave

A private furnished bedroom for each student

One or two bathrooms, depending on the unit
Community amenities feature inviting patios and balconies, a central courtyard area, and a clubhouse with laundry facilities. An on-site Resident Assistant (RA) is also available to support residents.
Leases run for 10 months (August–May), with sign-ups beginning in early spring.
