A four story Co-Ed hall with suite style baths. Rooms are double or single occupancy except for a limited number of triple rooms. Furniture includes lofted beds, desks, dressers, and night stands (one per resident). Gold Star offers two study lounges, a spacious community kitchen, and a large lobby featuring a big screen TV with DVD/VCR, and a ping-pong table.

Aerie Heights Apartments (Co-ed)
A 98 bed apartment complex with 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments. Each apartment includes a furnished living room; kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, and microwave; a furnished private bedroom for each student; and 1 or 2 bathrooms. The community features patios and balconies for residents to socialize outside, as well as a courtyard area. The apartments offer a club house with laundry facilities, as well as an on-site RA to meet your needs. Leases for the apartments are for one year (Mid-June to May 31), and sign-up takes place in early spring.
