Biography

Kristy Waldraff ’83, of Abilene, Texas, recently retired after a 42-year career with JPMorgan Chase. Throughout her distinguished career, she held leadership roles across multiple lines of business, including Commercial Credit Underwriting Manager, Executive Director in Strategy for Digital Product Development, Business Manager for the Southwest Region, and National Business Banking Lead overseeing processes and compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.

Kristy was actively involved in numerous employee relations and mentorship programs within JPMorgan Chase, contributing to professional development and initiatives that enhanced workplace culture. Beyond her corporate career, she has supported several children’s organizations in Abilene, most recently the Children’s Performing Arts program.

Kristy and her husband, Rick Waldraff ’83, have two sons: Brad, who lives in Pittsburgh, and Matthew, who lives in Peru with his wife, Amanda, and their twin daughters, Hannah and Danielle.
