Emergency Notifications
In the event of a life-threatening emergency, families may contact the Student Affairs Office at 325-793-4680 to deliver an urgent message to a student who is in class. Student Affairs can locate the student’s class schedule and assist with notification when appropriate.
Students are encouraged to contact the Student Affairs Office if a serious emergency occurs (such as a death, accident, or similar circumstance). In these situations, Student Affairs will notify faculty and relevant campus offices regarding the student’s absence. Students remain responsible for completing any missed coursework.
This process applies only to emergencies. Students who are ill must contact their instructors directly to make appropriate arrangements.
