What You Can Earn
Bachelor of Arts in Psychology or Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Concentration in Counseling and Human Development
You’ll complete at least 120 credit hours, with 45-46 of those credits in psychology courses (12 hours specific to the Counseling and Human Development track).
With a counseling and human development education, you may choose to work in a traditional clinical setting, counseling individuals and families. You might also choose a specific area such as career counseling, eating disorder counseling, or providing mental health services in schools. A career in social work is also a good option for those who study counseling.
