The Human Resources office is dedicated to serve the University community by providing fair and equitable services in accordance with University policies, procedures, and State/Federal laws and guidelines.

The Human Resources office does this by:

  • promoting positive communication between all employees
  • addressing work place issues
  • advising the campus on employee relation matters and administrative processes in a consistent manner

McMurry University Employment Portal

McMurry University’s PeopleAdmin portal is the primary gateway for recruitment and employment. Prospective applicants—including students, faculty, staff, and adjuncts—can easily search and apply for open positions, create user accounts, and easily access help resources.
