Incoming students begin their First Year Experience at SOAR.
At this event, you will:
- Be welcome!
- Begin to build relationships with other new and returning students
- Learn about McMurry spirit, history, and traditions
- Explore major areas of study and chat with faculty
- Meet with academic advisors to generate a fall course schedule
- Review your assistance with Financial Aid Officers
- Discover the many ways to engage in campus life and student activities
- Be informed about student support programs and services
Students must have been admitted to McMurry and submitted an enrollment deposit to be eligible to register. Transfer students are welcome to attend, but will have a separate, individual appointment with an Academic Advisor to register for classes.
